How and when will my order be delivered?

We aim to create and dispatch your order within five working days.

If you have chosen personalised items this may take a little longer.

By default, your order will be sent via Royal Mail costing £3.95.

Glass is a delicate product, and whilst every care is taken to prevent damage in transit, larger items inculuding:

1. 23cm Medium Framed Glass Art - £6

2. 30cm Bowls - £6

3. 40cm Bowls - £10

4. 50cm Large Framed Glass Art - £25

5. 40cm+ Glass panels - £25

... will incur minimum additional UPS courier charges apropriate to size (either £6, £10 or £25).

Please contact us if express or international delivery services are required.

Delivery time may vary dependant on destination but generally is up to 7 days for Europe and 10-14 days worldwide.

PERSONALISED ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER so please contact us before placing your order if you require an express delivery.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all unpersonalised items, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition. If a personalised item is unsuitable we will happily work with you to try and resolve the problem by modifying the item.

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

We offer a years guarantee on all our products. The guarantee lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear of parts such as silk, leather or waxed cotton. Please note that the hollow beads should NOT BE PLACED IN WATER as this may cause condensation and damaged to the encased item.

2. Ordering customer name, if different to your own

3. Email and telephone contact details

4. Details of the website/company your order was originally placed with.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting certificate for your own peace of mind.

We will always refund return postage costs where items are faulty.
